Buyer / Seller Terms & Conditions
1. Communication:
All communication regarding the project must be done through Skillfair only.
Both parties must respond in a timely manner to avoid delays.
2. Order Requirements:
Buyer must provide clear, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.
Any delays due to incomplete requirements are not the seller’s responsibility.
3. Revisions:
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the work.
Revisions must be based on the original instructions. New requests may incur extra charges.
4. Delivery:
Delivery time is based on the work description and starts after all required information is provided.
Seller will deliver the project through Skillfair delivery system only.
5. Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations must be mutually agreed upon through Skillfair resolution center.
No refund will be provided for completed work unless it violates Skillfair Terms of Service or is significantly different from the agreed-upon scope.
6. Use of Delivered Work:
Delivered work is for the buyer’s use only and should not be resold or misused.
Seller reserves the right to showcase parts of the work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding shared information.
8. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes must be resolved through Skillfair support and resolution system.
9. Scope Creep:
Requests outside the agreed scope are subject to extra charges and timeline adjustments.
10. Respect & Professionalism:
Abusive language, threats, or unprofessional behavior may result in cancellation or reporting to Skillfair.
Your payments at Skillfair are completely safe. We use secure gateways to ensure your transactions are fast, reliable and risk-free. To ensure the trust of both clients and freelancers, we use fund holding and dispute resolution systems to ensure that your money remains safe until the job is completed.
